The client’s demand was a 5 bedroom villa with a large saloon for parties and various spaces to spend time and relax such as an outdoor pool, sunbath beds, jacuzzi, billiard table, bar, barbecue and other necessary spaces in a house. Regarding the priority of the client to have the biggest yard possible to play volleyball and other sports on the grass, the pool is placed on the first floor not only to preserve space on ground floor but also to provide an eye catching view of the neighborhood and the sea for the users of the infinity pool. Furthermore, a part of the pool is sticked out of the building with a transparent bottom to provide a space for chill out in the pool and enjoying the view around.
In order to have a vertical connection between the floors there is a central void in the house which the most useful spaces of the villa are around it such as kitchen, dinning room, terrace, and the pool. Although, The height of the void ceiling which is about 7 meters leads to bring in more sunlight from the south, movable mesh wooden panels are situated outside the windows to control the sunlight
