Although Marshoo is a restaurant that serves Iranian food, their plating techniques and designs are not the same as traditional Iranian restaurant. Hence, in order to follow this idea I used several symbols of Iranian traditional restaurant in the interior design. However, these are presented in a modern and new way. parametric pattern on the wall which are carved by CNC machine on 40 pieces of stone and the pattern of the giant lighting which is penetrated in the ceiling are inspired from old parametric pattern of Iranian architecture. In addition, pieces of old Iranian carpet are woven together to create a colorful and nostalgic cover on the floor. The saloon of the restaurant is located on the 3th floor of a building. Therefore, curtain walls on the street side of the building provide a charming view of the city for the customers who are sitting beside them. The majority of the tables are located beside the windows to enjoy the view. Moreover, there is a roofgarden on the 4th floor for people to enjoy sitting in open air tables. There is an elevator that makes transfering the food possible through the floors.
